DATE PROCESSING MECHANISM
1- RECEIVING AND CLEANING:
While receiving the Dates, special equipment’s will remove the dust and impurities using air streaming and then the dates will be washed and dried to be ready for next step in the Manufacturing Journey.
2- STERILIZATION
Next Stage of the Journey where the dates will be Bacteria free.
3- MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING:
Manufacturing the treated dates and packing it Different Packing as per the market needs, such as 1 kg, 850g, 500g, 250g & 5 packs dates.
4- QUALITY CONTROL:
This is a very important stage where many samples of Dates are being examined before the approval to move it to next stage of our manufacturing Journey.
5- STORAGE:
In order the Dates stays in a perfect shape and taste it must be stored at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, therefore we have our own freezers that can accomplish such state.
